Supply Chain

Education itself is a service delivery and generates a non-physical product: the increase in the level of preparation and knowledge of the student. In this sense, the challenges related to the Supply Chain management of an educational institution do not involve management of raw materials or industrial processes. In this case, we support our customers to seek high performance in strategies and processes of supplies related to acquisitions of products or services and the management of agreements with suppliers, besides carrying out Strategic Sourcing projects.

We also help in the search for greater efficiency in content production and distribution - physical or virtual - and in the structuring of an e-commerce. In the case of physical materials, such as textbooks, we support the planning of production or purchase, inventory management and the search for logistics efficiency in distribution. For online materials, including audiovisual contents, we support the search for greater efficiency in production and edition processes and tools.
